Welcome to LaFayette Kennels. We are a medium size, family owned and operated boarding kennel located 5 miles south of Syracuse, NY. We can accommodate up to 22 dogs and 6 cats at a time. We also accept other pets on a case by case basis. Our facility is heated for your pet's comfort. Music is played 24 hours a day for their listening pleasure. You are more than welcome to visit our facility before boarding your beloved companion with us. We have an enclosed run/play area with 6' chain link fencing for your dogs' protection. Each dog has his/her own indoor room (4' x 6') connected by their own doorway to his/her own outdoor exercise area (4' X 10'). Each dog has his own run and never comes in direct contact with other dogs. All runs are concrete floored, chain link inside & outside. There is no dirt, no gravel, no wood. The indoor & outdoor room has radiant floor heat. This state of the art heating system is the ultimate in kennel heating, and dog comfort. The floors stay warm and dry in the coldest, wettest weather! The sides of the building are shaded by the 12 foot overhangs. We have excellent ventilation fans, and ceiling fans, which provide plenty of fresh cool air.
